3.3.6. Transparent Data Transmission
The device supports to transparently transfer data between the backend server and the equipment
connected to its serial port. If the equipment needs to send data to the backend server, it can send
command AT+GTDAT with the data to the serial port. The device will then wrap the data into
+RESP:GTDAT message and send it to the backend server. On the other side, if the backend
server needs to send data to the equipment, it can send command AT+GTDAT with the data to the
device and the device will pick out the pure data and send it to the serial port. Thus the equipment
can get the data from the serial port. In both directions, the data is transparent to the device.
